Job Description Lead the design and execution of end-to-end recovery improvement initiatives focused on Stuck, Loss, Damage, and other cost-impacting areas Identify operational and process gaps, develop improvement plans, and ensure initiatives are delivered with measurable outcomes Use data-driven analysis to diagnose issues, track progress, and ensure continuous performance improvement Build and maintain management dashboards and performance trackers for visibility and alignment Collaborate closely with local, regional, and cross-functional teams to align on strategy, priorities, and deliverables Coach and guide team members, fostering a problem-solving and analytical mindset within the team Act as the key business partner to management, driving cost optimization and operational excellence Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher from a top-tier institution in a relevant field 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or management/strategy consulting, with proven leadership experience Strong track record in leading cross-functional projects with tangible business impact Highly analytical, with proficiency in problem-solving using data to derive actionable insights Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills Proficient in analytical and presentation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboarding platforms (Python is a plus)
