Do you believe the sum of the parts is greater than the whole?Supporting internal communications for Corporate Communications department.You'll be responsible for:Internal Communications:

To assist in managing timeline and execute the production of monthly e-newsletter by coordinating with all relevant departments for content and info.
Assist in planning, organising and executing internal events (eg: townhall) for employees andother relevant, internal stakeholders.
To assist in managing intranet sites and pages.
To assist in sending weekly news to regional office.
To assist in executing ad hoc requests from regional office when neede

External Communications:

To assist in translating and copy checking BM press releases, product collaterals, campaign material when needed.
To assist the team in special projects and ad hoc requests when needed.

Important to your success

Possessing or Pursuing a Diploma / Degree in related field of studies
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (written and verbal)
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
