Responsible to assist Engineer in implementing improvement project, driving quality improvement initiatives, monitoring performance, providing training, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Conduct thorough analyses of existing maintenance processes and workflows to identify areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, or opportunities for improvement Monitor machine up time and to come up with continuous improvement plans if target not achieve Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement strategies focused on enhancing maintenance operations, reducing costs, increasing equipment reliability, and improving overall efficiency Apply Lean principles and methodologies to streamline maintenance processes, eliminate waste, optimize resource utilization, and improve overall productivity To manage and liaise with internal team for quality issues on products. Continuously work with internal team to improve machine performance. Prompt reaction on daily quality issue internally (IRT) Perform assessment and qualification on any continual improvement project (CIP) base on machine and process capability Responsible to ensure minimum customer complaint through coordination of continuous improvement project Liaise with QA on ESR & 8D generation on any customer complaint on crashing and machine stoppage either internal or external Your Profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or any relevant field. Must pass SPM including English and Mathematics subject Have fresh working experience Knowledge of management systems Understanding of equipment and machinery Good analytical and problem-solving skills Safety and regulatory compliance Ability to analyze maintenance data and monitor machine performance Commitment to driving ongoing improvement initiatives #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
