- Develop and execute the national dealer network strategy in alignment with the brand's growth plans.
- Identify and evaluate potential dealer partners in key regions based on market potential and coverage needs.
- Lead end-to-end dealer appointment process, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate identity (CI) standards and dealership facility requirements.
- Oversee the planning and execution of dealer setup, from layout to operational readiness.
- Establish dealer performance KPIs and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, aftersales) to deliver a consistent retail experience.
- Provide training and support to ensure dealer teams are aligned with brand standards and expectations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor networks to inform expansion strategies and improvements.
- Act as the primary liaison between the brand and dealer partners, maintaining strong and productive relationships.
- 6-10 years of experience in automotive dealer network development, retail operations, or franchise management.
- Proven track record in dealer appointment, territory planning, and retail standards.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
