- Experience in RHEL 6,7 and 8 administration, implementation & Troubleshooting.
- Provide 1st Level Linux & windows Server support based on the BAU requests.
- Respond and provide support on ITSM tickets.
- Facilitate & Co-ordinate with vendors to access Customer’s infra for any support purpose.
- Responsible for server Operating Systems patching for Linux & Windows. The services apply to the following operating system only:
o Linux OS (Red Hat & CentOS)
o For other OS, best effort, guidance & training shall be provided when requires.
- Provide windows Active Directory support. (Creating & managing Users, Groups, Policies etc.)
- Monitoring server (NagiosXI) administration and arrange remediation when requires.
- VMware/VCenter basic administration. (i.e: Provisioning VM based on SOP, Managing the VMware and follow instructions from Customer’s IT Team for BAU requests)
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences in Linux environment and overall IT support.
- Experience on BAU system administration & support tasks for Customer’s IT infrastructure.
- Candidate needs to possess excellent diagnostics skills and a good ability to resolve problems quickly.
