Responsibilities: Plan, schedule and monitor all maintenance activities to meet the continuing airworthiness program. Maintain and update maintenance programmes, task cards and Master MEL/CDL records. Track and ensure compliance with ADs, SBs and regulatory requirements; raise compliance actions and close them on time. Create and issue workscopes / workpacks and coordinate with approved maintenance organizations. Maintain accurate technical records, logbooks and release-to-service documentation. Use CAMO/MRO systems to record maintenance, plan tasks and generate compliance reports. Liaise with flight operations, engineering, logistics (spares), vendors/MROs and regulators. Monitor reliability data and produce recommendations to reduce defects and downtime. Support certification activities, audits, and Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for maintenance events and spares consumption. Ensure quality standards and company/CAA policies are followed in all planning activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical / Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent aviation maintenance education. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licence (Part-66) or demonstrable CAMO/MRO experience (if licence not held). 3+ years experience in CAMO, airline maintenance planning or MRO environment (adjustable by seniority level). Strong working knowledge of continuing airworthiness regulations (e.g., EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO, national CAA equivalents). Practical experience with maintenance planning systems (AMOS, CAMP, TRAX, OASES or equivalent). Familiar with AMM, IPC, MRBR, SRM, AD/SB processes and MEL/CDL procedures. Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under operational pressure. Nice to have: EASA Part-66 B1/B2 or equivalent certifications. Experience across mixed fleet types (narrow-body / wide-body / regional). Exposure to reliability engineering / data analysis tools and KPIs. Previous exposure to regulatory audits and quality management systems.
