- Minimum of a Diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Drive).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Able to handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Regularly update internal data and company documents within the system.
- Handle all renewals for company registrations, licenses, insurance policies, and vehicle documentation.
- Use internal systems and calendars to track and ensure all renewals are completed on time.
- Support daily administrative operations and provide assistance to management as needed.
