Job Description: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Clearing & Settlement systems within the eCommerce landscape Lead the design and development of features that facilitate marketplace financial reconciliation, risk management, and regulatory compliance Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams from both regional and local, to deliver sustainable and user-centric solutions, and transition offline processes to automated, systematic online solutions Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for clearing and settlement solutions Manage end-to-end product lifecycle - from requirement gathering, product design, development, to rollout - including UI/UX and backend logic, iterating based on data insights and user feedback Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform product decisions and identify industry best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related fields Strong quantitative and qualitative reasoning, with excellent logical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication skills, capable of leading complex discussions and coordinating multiple stakeholders independently Customer-centric mindset with a keen business sense and focus on delivering value Proactive, self-motivated, and with a strong ownership mentality Highly organised, results-driven, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and adaptive to changes Hiring Code: CP2026
