JOB DESCRIPTION:About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of our enterprise mobile environment. This role supports a large, global user base and plays a critical part in ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable mobile solutions across Abbott.You will act as a subject matter expert for mobile platforms, working closely with internal IT teams, the business, and key technology partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support enterprise mobile solutions for iOS and AndroidOwn and manage MDM/MAM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONEEnsure stability, availability, performance, and security of mobile environmentsLead mobile engineering initiatives, including new solutions and platform enhancementsDefine mobile policies, configurations, and security standardsSupport over 100,000+ users globally across multiple Abbott divisionsPartner with internal teams (Security, Network, Messaging, End‑User Computing)Work closely with vendors including Microsoft, Apple, Google, Samsung, and OmnissaProduce technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture designsProvide technical guidance and mentoring to peersSupport critical incidents and provide leadership during crisis situationsWhat We’re Looking For4–8+ years of hands‑on enterprise mobile engineering experienceProven experience managing 20,000+ mobile devices in large environmentsStrong expertise in Intune and/or Workspace ONESolid understanding of:iOS and Android platformsApple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, Samsung KnoxMobile security, access controls, and policy managementAbility to communicate complex technical topics to non‑technical stakeholdersExperience working in large, global, enterprise environmentsEducationBachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experienceWhy Join UsThis is an opportunity to work on global-scale mobile platforms that support critical business, manufacturing, and healthcare solutions—while being part of a collaborative and mission‑driven organization.The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY: IT OperationsDIVISION: BTS Business Technology ServicesLOCATION: Malaysia
