- Act as global technical authority for NCS Plant Services activities.
- Provide technical guidance across Nikkiso’s technology portfolio, including ASU, cryogenic process plants, CO₂ recovery systems, and related technologies, supporting lifecycle services, optimization, upgrades, troubleshooting, and execution for both NCS installed assets and third-party plants.
- Support global regions in troubleshooting, plant optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Interface with internal engineering teams and technology partners.
- Develop and build a global team of technical engineers to support the growing Plant Services business, ensuring adequate technical capability and resource readiness to service both existing installed assets and third-party plants across multiple regions.
- Lead or participate in global plant audits, health checks, and energy assessments.
- Support development and execution of plant performance monitoring programs.
- Identify debottlenecking, revamp, modernization, and upgrade opportunities.
- Contributes to development of standardized NCS audit and assessment methodologies.
- Provide commissioning and startup advisory support for plant upgrade projects.
- Assist regional teams during turnarounds, troubleshooting campaigns, and critical plant issues.
- Support spare parts strategies, repair solutions, and technical service execution.
- Coordinate with global operations and field services teams.
- Develop technical standards, best practices, and share knowledge across regions.
- Support training programs for internal teams and customers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Plant Services.
- Ensure technical consistency across global service execution.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product Support teams globally.
- Support Operating Service Center and remote plant monitoring initiatives.
- Coordinate across multiple regions, cultures, and time zones.
- Strong technical expertise in industrial gas and cryogenic technologies.

- Ability to communicate and negotiate across global cultures and organizations.
- Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
- Strong project coordination and execution skills.

- Professional command of English; additional languages desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or equivalent).
- Advanced engineering or technical qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years engineering experience in industrial gases, air separation, or related process industries.
- Strong understanding of standard industrial gas plant technologies.
- Demonstrated experience supporting plant operations, audits, troubleshooting, or upgrades.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally within global organizations.
- Experience interacting directly with customers and suppliers.
- Working knowledge of contractual, commercial, and financial business drivers.
- Experience operating in international and multicultural environments.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous commitments.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Ability to access industrial plant environments.
- Use of standard office and field equipment.
- Standing, walking, climbing, and site inspection activities as required.
- Complete safety training requirements.
- Participate in other training as directed by the company or manager.
- Wear Nikkiso approved PPE as needed.
- Ensure all safety requirements and PPE requirements are enforced with staff.
