Leads or drives successful execution of global/regional SBU projects (ACE, Inno/ADP, etc.), including metal pre-treatment product recommendations, customized product applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting. Recommend solutions and perform technical visits (meeting, audits, demonstrations, onsite trials, application tests & validation, troubleshooting, etc) for customers with documentation. Proactively partner with Sales to identify, evaluate, uncover new business opportunities and accelerate opportunities conversion Works effectively on SBU and/or Regional specific projects. Lead and coordinate with project team, contribute to project plans and support the team to deliver project goals. Project management and coordination on technical aspects of product application. Is responsible to collaborate closely with global team, accelerate developments and align on key projects and business priorities Perform the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers and report technical results to customers. Prepare chemical reagents and support customers with titration tests and/or audits Works with application equipment and support process optimization to provide solutions to enhance customer processes. Communicate technical outcomes effectively, preparing reports and recommendations Deliver product application and/or technical training for customers and internal team Perform investigation and report on quality issues / customers claim Responsible for directly communicating with sales, marketing, Innovation, Application Engineering team or project team members. Share knowledge and experiences with team members. Promotes internal SBU Innovations and best learning cross accounts. Supports customer requirements and documentation such as TDS, MSDS, SGS testing report, RoHS warranty letter, etc Respects and promotes the internal Henkel SHEQ rules. What we are looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or relevant technical discipline More than 5 years working experience, preferably with knowledge and experience on process or products for metals cleaners and pre-treatment Fluent in English communication and presentation skills Project management skills Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills necessary Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Team player - Able to share knowledge, motivate and positively influence team members Knowledgeable in Power Point, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Statistical Analysis Software is preferred
