Responsibilities: Lead and manage engineering programs and R&D projects to achieve deliverables on time, within scope, and budget. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with Product Planner. Then develop detailed project plans and schedules. Drive strategic planning across global counterparts and internal teams. Manage risk identification and mitigation plans, including scenario planning. Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and ODM/EMS suppliers. Facilitate design reviews, technical workshops, and root-cause analysis sessions. Act as the single point of contact for technical topics with cross functional teams and senior stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality metrics. Utilize Six Sigma and Agile methodologies for continuous improvement. Monitor and control performance metrics, proactively addressing issues. Qualification: Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Electrical & Electronics degree is preferred Typically 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. Postgraduate and/or certification/ license may be required. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
