- Negotiate competitive yet sustainable pricing to support business growth
- Ensure account openings and operations comply with internal policies and procedures
- Manage and develop merchant relationships, including service delivery, terminal installations, training, and fraud prevention
- Work with business development teams on new products, sales support, and revenue opportunities
- Forecast territory performance, sales trends, and required marketing activities
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, technology developments, and market standards
- Has strong knowledge of the financial services industry and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Demonstrates proven ability to plan, execute, and present effective sales strategies
- Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Is self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Has at least 2 years of sales experience in financial services (credit card industry experience is an advantage)
- Holds tertiary education, preferably in Business, Management, or Marketing
