Lead executions and planning for unique customer delivery request as needed. This includes tracking delivery as well as communicate timely on progress to customer's LOM and relevant stakeholders. . Play a critical role in managing stakeholders' communication and carry out flawless execution in order to maximize customer's revenues and prevent customer's production impact. . Execute track and trace and freshdesk update Requirements . Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any related field/industry of Supply Chain/Transportation/Logistics. . Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Transport operations environment. . Computer literate. . Good communication skills. . Must be able to multitask.
