Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports end-to-end hiring for early-career to mid-level positions across SEA. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordination, and fast execution using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and community outreach. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth hiring cycles, strong candidate experience, and Workday compliance while working closely with Hiring Managers and SEA TA Lead. Key Responsibilities 1. Requisition Intake & Planning Conduct structured intake discussions with Hiring Managers. Confirm job requirements, competencies, hiring process, and target timelines. 2. Broad-Based Sourcing & Outreach Post job ads on LinkedIn and market-specific job boards and refresh them regularly. Use basic Boolean and targeted searches to identify candidates on LinkedIn. Manage initial outreach, follow-ups, and applicant screening. Activate employee referrals and promote referral programs. Utilize word-of-mouth channels, local communities, and alumni groups. 3. Screening & Interview Coordination Conduct first-round screens evaluating experience, motivation, notice period, and salary expectations. Provide strong shortlists to Hiring Managers within agreed SLAs. Schedule interviews, assessments, and facilitate feedback collection. Support hiring managers with interview documentation and process timelines. 4. Offer & Onboarding Support Coordinate and roll out offer preparation with HR. Conduct pre-closing discussions with candidates to confirm commitment. Support smooth handover to onboarding teams. 5. Reporting & TA Operations Ensure 100% Workday hygiene (stages, dispositioning, documentation). Provide weekly hiring updates and data reports as needed. Maintain talent pools for repeat roles. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field. 4-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably across SEA markets. Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals. Excellent organizational and coordination skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management. Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and deliver within deadlines. English proficiency required; local languages are a plus not a must.
