This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders, leverage cutting-edge treasury systems, and play a key part in transforming our cash management operations.Primary Job responsibilities
Reporting (40%)
  • Prepare and deliver insightful treasury reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on cash position, debt utilization, FX, and interest costs for stakeholders including government agencies, tax, audit, and accounting teams.
  • Support external audit inquiries during interim and year-end audits.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for treasury costs.
  • Partner with the Treasury Manager on acquisition and renewal of credit facilities.
  • Manage user administration of the Group’s banking systems, serving as one of the key system administrators.
Cash Management & Treasury Systems (40%)
  • Support banking landscape rationalization and onboarding of new banking partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and streamline payment processes (e.g., FIDES integration).
  • Support the reimplementation and enhancement of the Treasury Management System (TMS).
  • Monitor TMS performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy in treasury operations.
  • Drive automation projects within Treasury to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Process Improvement (20%)
  • Review and analyse treasury processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of treasury policies and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or related transformation roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Management Systems.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solver with proven ability to deliver process improvements.
