- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development
- Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and pipeline
- Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in Malaysia
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships and influence stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage
