This role is integral to upholding the hotel's high standards of quality and service, while also driving strategic initiatives to enhance revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for culinary excellence with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in food and beverage, with a proven track record in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, operational best practices, and financial management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including POS systems and financial reporting software.
Fluency in English both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
Computer literacy.
