- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in food and beverage, with a proven track record in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, operational best practices, and financial management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including POS systems and financial reporting software.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Computer literacy.
