Overall Operations ManagementOversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed.Monitor service flow to maintain service time within target (e.g. 15-20 minutes per order).Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times.2. Staff Management & TrainingSupervise, schedule, and manage all front-of-house and support staff.Train staff on service standards, grooming, and customer interaction.Ensure all staff practice proper greeting, professionalism, and teamwork.Monitor staff punctuality, discipline, and overall performance.3. Customer Service ExcellenceEnsure all guests receive excellent service and a pleasant dining experience.Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.4. Food & Beverage Quality ControlEnsure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain standards.Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.Ensure all ingredients are fresh and expired items are disposed of properly.5. Sales & Revenue ManagementMonitor daily sales and performance targets.Suggest promotions, packages, and upselling strategies.Control operational costs and improve profitability.Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.6. Inventory & Cost ControlManage stock ordering, receiving, and inventory levels.Conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or wastage.Control food cost and operational expenses effectively.7. Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with local regulations, hygiene standards, and safety requirements.Maintain proper documentation (licenses, SOPs, reports).Ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests.8. Coordination & ReportingReport directly to management on operations, issues, and improvements.Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and events.Assist in planning special events, group bookings, and functions.Manfaat
