- Practice a Strategic Key Account Management approach in managing assigned customers.
- Negotiate national contracts in line with company policies and client objectives.
- Monitor agreement roll-outs, trade investments, and performance outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and buyers within customer accounts.
- Manage the account P&L and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Coordinate the execution of agreements, trade promotions, and marketing activities with the sales team.
- Develop business plans and monthly promotional calendars for each key account.
- Review monthly and yearly sales performance, market trends, and category performance to evaluate promotion effectiveness.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of retail sales strategies and operations within CVS and Petrolmart channels to formulate key account strategies, goals, and budget plans.
- Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing
- Minimum 5 year related experience with minimum 3 year Key Account Management
- Proficiency in verbal and non-verbal communication in English is required; Mandarin/Cantonese skills is an added advantage
- Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage
- Experience in Key Account Management / Strategic Customer Management
