Job Description: HR Onboarding Specialist Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Onboarding Specialist to support the HR team in delivering a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires. This role will be responsible for handling all documentation, coordination, and planning activities related to new joiners, ensuring compliance with company policies and creating a welcoming experience for employees. Key Responsibilities Support HR Admin in managing end-to-end onboarding processes for new employees. Prepare and organize all pre-boarding and onboarding documentation (offer letters, contracts, forms, compliance requirements, etc.). Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Facilities, Payroll, etc.) to ensure necessary tools, access, and resources are ready for new hires. Plan and schedule onboarding sessions, inductions, and orientation programs. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and databases. Act as the first point of contact for new hires to answer queries and guide them through onboarding. Ensure all onboarding activities comply with HR policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations. Support continuous improvement of the onboarding process to enhance employee experience. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
