Sales Executive (Kota Kinabalu)

• 1 Pax

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field (fresh grads are welcome to apply!)
• Previous sales or real estate experience will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and a team player
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a bonus)
• Able to work during weekends & Public Holidays

• Promote and sell residential and commercial property projects
• Engage with potential buyers via walk-ins, events, and digital platforms
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide professional sales consultation
• Assist customers throughout the sales process - from enquiry to signing
• Meet monthly sales targets and follow up on leads
• Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and roadshows

• Salary Range: From RM2,500.00
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS
• Medical & Annual Leave
• Commission (Based on Performance)
• Others:Training will be provided
