Global Marketing Strategy & Leadership Define, lead, and execute the global marketing vision and roadmap across diverse markets in APAC region. Translate business priorities into region-specific strategies that address unique regulatory, cultural, and competitive dynamics. Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse team of marketers across digital, CRM, design, branding, promotions and campaigns. Collaborate with sales, product, compliance, technology, and regional management to ensure synchronized go-to-market strategies. 2. Marketing Channel Ownership Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns (performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, CRM, branding, promotions and partnerships). Ensure all marketing efforts are tailored to both retail and institutional segments, with clear acquisition, engagement, and retention KPIs. Build and maintain a strong, recognizable, and consistent global brand identity for Ultima Markets. 5. Data, Analytics & Budget Management Use data-driven insights to track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns and team performance. Own the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation across channels, regions, and teams. 6. Industry best practices Stay at the forefront of marketing trends, emerging platforms, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in the CFD/forex space. Recommend and implement new technologies and tools to scale marketing outcomes. Maintain Ultima Markets' competitive edge by proactively identifying opportunities for brand differentiation and client engagement. Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive marketing experience overseeing global or multi-regional marketing initiatives. Proven experience in Forex, CFD, or broader financial services industry. Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse, high-performing global marketing team. Experience managing remote teams is a plus. Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies, understand market dynamics, and identify growth opportunities in a fast-paced financial environment. Hands-on & All-Rounded: Willingness to be directly involved in tactical execution while maintaining a strategic overview. Proficient across the full marketing mix, including digital marketing, branding, CRM, promotion, and campaigns. Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to articulate complex marketing strategies clearly and persuasively to senior management, team members, and external partners.
