Minimum 3 years' experience in PCB Assembly environment.
Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical).
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Statistical Tools.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Tanggungjawab

Generate and maintain Engineering sample boards.
Evaluate and approve locally-sourced materials.
Procure, evaluate, and maintain Firmware and Device Programming Files
Procure, evaluate, and maintain Label Files
Design and generate Label Files
Procure and maintain PCB Gerber files
Maintain Firmware, Device Programming Label, and Gerber files in the share directory
Support new product introduction (NPI), strategic projects and engineering change activities.
Analysis and Debug of production and burn-in rejects
Identify methods and means to reduce rejects and implement improvements in production
Generate burn-in set-up and improve burn-in methods
Coordinate proto-type and Pilot Runs
Communicate with Customer on product issues pertaining to BOR, ECO, PDR, Drawings, Gerber files, Program Files,
Pilot run schedules, Product Cost, etc
Active involvement in product Quality and cost improvement activities
Determine and improve product testing methods
Ensure sub-ordinates are properly trained and motivated for improved performance as a team
Undertake other tasks as assigned by superior.
