- Identify key growth opportunities, define project scopes, and set clear, measurable objectives
- Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, driving adoption of best practices in planning and execution
- Engage senior stakeholders across functions to align on strategy, troubleshoot roadblocks, and drive accountability
- Provide commercial and strategic direction through structured analysis, market insights, and business modeling
- Serve as the main point of contact for cross-regional strategy alignment and performance trackingQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Strong academics from top-tier institutions with Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree (preferably an MBA) in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience from top tier management/ strategy consulting firms preferred
- Superb business acumen and able to see operational improvements with a commercial perspective
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present solutions and results at leadership level
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills to achieve tangible outcomes in a dynamic business environmentPreferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding across multiple e-commerce domains (e.g., Commercial Growth, Product Strategy, Marketing, Brands)
