- Manage and grow key marketing accounts within ZALORA, collaborating with the commercial team to ensure account growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with key brands across the Southeast Asia market.
- Expand our advertising client base by promoting innovative marketing solutions to brands, sellers, and agencies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks for brand meetings and internal presentations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic cross-market campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage ZAP projects, ensuring they align with brand strategies and deliver impactful results.
- Explore potential new ad solutions to drive incremental revenue and enhance the ZAP offering.
- Update the annual ZAP calendar and manage cross-market brand launches.
- Collaborate with ZALORA stakeholders to implement impactful campaigns.
- Create and analyze reports to evaluate the performance of ZAP campaigns and brand launches.
- Support ad‑hoc operational tasks (e.g., contracts, invoicing) when needed to keep momentum.
- Channel client feedback into actionable improvements for ZAP solutions and user experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4 – 5 years’ experience in e‑commerce, digital media/agency, or a data‑driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Southeast Asia media landscape.
- Brand Marketing experience, ideally within Fashion/Lifestyle or FMCG.
- Proven track record running 360° campaigns across channels and markets.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable interpreting data to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross‑functional teams.
- Solid project management; calm under pressure and deadline‑driven.
- Proactive, hands‑on, and results‑oriented.
- Genuine interest in fashion, consumer trends, and digital innovation.
- Comfortable working in an international, fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience at an e‑commerce company is a significant plus.
