Our client is currently seeking for PMC Manager to overseeing the production & material control and inventory management in the company.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement production control and material management strategies to optimize workflow and inventory levelsLead the planning and scheduling of production activities in alignment with customers' demand and capacity constraintsOversee procurement coordination to ensure timely availability of raw materials and componentsMonitor inventory levels and implement controls to prevent shortages, overstocking and obsolescenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, engineering and quality assuranceAnalyze production data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in material handling and storageManage and mentor the production control and materials team, fostering a culture of accountability and performanceMaintain accurate records of inventory transactions, production orders and material movementsSupport ERP/ MRP system optimization and ensure data integrity across planning modulesJob RequirementsBachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fieldAt least 10 years of experience in production control, material planning or inventory management with minimum 3 years in managerial roleProficient in English, Malay and Mandarin to communicate with customers from different region including China, Taiwan, Malaysia, etc.
