- Handle inbound calls regarding general enquiries, complaints, feedback, and product-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and exceed customer expectations in terms of service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience at all times.
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or higher qualification.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a MUST.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry is a plus.
- Fresh graduates who are encouraged to apply (Full Training Provided will be provided)
- Willingness to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
- Fixed working hours.
- KPI allowance and medical insurance.
