(1) Retail Operation Manager (Non-Halal Industry):Salary range will be from RM10,000 – RM15,000Job Description:-1. Overall Management: Oversee the daily operations of over 20 outlets to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.2. Staff Supervision: Lead, motivate, and develop the team, including hiring, training, and performance management.3. Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring the team is attentive and responsive to customer needs.4. Inventory Control: Manage stock ordering and optimize inventory levels to ensure a wide variety of products area available, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.5. Sales & Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, and minimize shrinkage; work with the Merchandising Department for promotions, marketing, and product placement.6. Financial Management: Manage budgets, control expenses, prepare, and present financial reports to Management.7. Issue Resolution: Address/raise issues and provide solutions for improvement.Job Requirement:1. Candidate must possess at least with Diploma in any field.2. Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in food retailing is required for this position.3. Strong customer service skills.4. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.5. Strong leadership skills.6. Preferably Senior Executive/Manager specialized in retail operation in any Hypermarket/Supermarket chain or stores.7. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
