Responsibilities: To analyze CCK Membership Program Data to identify trends and customer segmentation; to track campaign performance and suggest optimizations to boost member engagement; to prepare regular reports and dashboards for management using Excel, Google Data Studio or other BI tools; to work closely with marketing, IT and retail teams to align data-driven insights; to help manage and clean membership databases to ensure accuracy and usability; to identify gaps and opportunities in the customer journey using analytics tools; and to support in planning personalized marketing based on member spending patterns and frequency.
Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance / Applied Mathematics or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary RM3K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
Comfortable working in face paced retail / FMCG environment.
Experience in loyalty program / membership analysis and working with large customer datasets.
Possess strong analytical skills and excellent organizational skills.
Good presentation skill via data visualization is essential.
Great interpersonal skills, highly motivated, independent and effective team player.
