Job SummaryThis role is instrumental in supporting the execution of strategic marketing initiatives for our portfolio of advanced, science-backed skincare solutions. You will play a key role in bringing our brand's efficacy and professional credibility to life across various channels, with a particular focus on engaging both specialized professional partners and discerning consumers and driving excellence in retail activation. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing plans that resonate with our target audiences and uphold our commitment to scientific leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSTRATEGIC MARKETING EXECUTION & SUPPORT
  • Support the execution of comprehensive marketing plans: Assist in the implementation of campaigns for product launches and ongoing portfolio animations, ensuring alignment with the brand's scientific principles and market objectives.
  • Coordinate 360-degree marketing initiatives: Facilitate the deployment of integrated marketing efforts, ensuring timely delivery of scientifically accurate content, assets, and materials across all touchpoints.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams and agencies: Coordinate effectively with cross function teams (e.g., Commercial, Retail, Digital, Medical) and external partners (e.g., creative agencies, media partners) to ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans.
  • Budget administration: Assist in tracking marketing expenses, ensuring financial discipline and adherence to allocated budgets for brand activities.
  • Support development and execution of consumer activations, brand communication materials, usage management and forecast of promotion materials and monitoring of monthly promotion budget
  • Stay up-to-date with market, consumers& competitors in order to support execution of relevant and innovative solutions.
  • Close collaboration with top clinics to support the development of brand communication, merchandising and activation initiatives with the purpose of consumer recruitment and engagement.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Assist in compiling data and preparing reports on campaign performance, contributing to the analysis of effectiveness and identification of areas for optimization.
ATL & MEDIA
  • Support the strategic development and optimization of brand content assets, working closely with digital teams to ensure compelling and timely deployment across all relevant channels.
  • Collaborate strategically with Media Manager to execute comprehensive brand media plans, driving maximum reach and engagement for campaigns and new launches.
  • Proactively contribute to the development of marketing-led external brand partnership opportunities, aligning them with brand objectives and strategic initiatives.
DIGITAL & E-COMMERCE
  • Support in driving the marketing perspective in website management, partnering with digital team to ensure brand content is up-to-date, highly user-friendly and an exceptional online consumer journey.
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison with digital and e-commerce teams for all content management, ensuring strategic asset delivery and optimization across digital touchpoints to enhance user experience and drive sales performance.
  • Actively leverage customer reviews, ratings, and user-generated content across digital platforms to enhance product credibility and drive purchase decisions.
DIGITAL CONTENT & BRAND ADVOCACY SUPPORT
  • Assist in the execution of initiatives focused on engaging and leveraging healthcare professionals, scientific experts and key opinion leaders as brand advocates, coordinating content and activities for social and digital channels.
  • Help coordinate engaging content for digital platforms, emphasizing scientific benefits, expert insights, and consumer testimonials related to product performance.
  • Leverage digital platforms and social capabilities to drive engagement, mentions and views.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or a related field
  • Candidates with 1-3 years of marketing experience in FMCG, Retail, beauty, skincare, healthcare, or consumer brands will have an advantage
  • Strong interest in brand marketing, digital marketing, and consumer engagement, especially within science-based skincare or beauty
  • Basic understanding of 360° marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, ATL, in-store activation, and e-commerce
  • Familiarity with digital content, website management, and online consumer journeys; e-commerce exposure is a plus
  • Good organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Comfortable supporting campaign execution, budget tracking, and performance reporting
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for skincare, science, innovation, and brand excellence
  • Immediate starters or candidates with short notice periods will have a strong advantage
