Job Summary:The head of the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) is a senior managerial role who is expected to enable data-driven, real-time operations across MRANTI Park. This role ensures seamless integration of systems, enhances tenant experience, drives operational excellence, and unlocks new value through data insights, innovation, and smart infrastructure management aligned with MRANTI’s strategic objectives.Job Responsibilities:

Lead the overall strategy, design, and operations of the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC).
Oversee IT infrastructure, data platforms, cybersecurity, and system reliability across IOC operations.
Ensure seamless integration of IoT, surveillance, building systems, and digital platforms into a unified operational ecosystem.
Drive real-time monitoring, incident response, and predictive analytics capabilities.
Enhance tenant and visitor experience through data-driven insights and smart services.
Establish and manage SLAs, KPIs, and performance dashboards for IOC services.
Identify and develop new revenue opportunities leveraging IOC data and digital capabilities.
Partner with startups, innovators, and technology providers to test, pilot, and implement new solutions within the IOC environment.
Collaborate with internal divisions and external partners to deliver innovative smart park solutions.
Lead, develop, and performance-manage the IOC team to achieve operational excellence.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies in smart cities, AI, and intelligent operations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s Degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in technology, operations, or smart infrastructure environments, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to lead complex systems and drive organisation-wide transformation initiatives.
Deep understanding of IoT ecosystems, data platforms, and smart infrastructure, with hands-on experience in integrating legacy and modern systems into unified platforms (e.g., Integrated Operations Centres).
Proven ability to drive data-driven decision-making and foster a culture of analytics across the organisation.
Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals.
Track record of balancing operational excellence with continuous innovation in fast-paced, large-scale environments.
Strong execution capabilities with high levels of operational discipline and accountability in delivering complex projects or initiatives.
