Lead SC SEA team live with Novonesis Culture Commitment and with QMS procedures and relevant laws and regulations.
Ensure safe working environment and all work is performed in a safe manner.
Anchor SCM strategic directions and objectives into the goals and activities of the departments and individuals and ensure that Business Targets and IDP´s are reviewed with team members regularly.
Standardize and optimize Supply Chain related processes.
Continuously improve and streamline internal processes to reduce costs, improve quality, satisfy customers, and achieve competitive advantage for Novonesis.
Ensure smooth Import/Export process and compliance.
3PL performance management and rental cost optimization.
Trouble shooting and complaint follow up if needed.
Support sales function to establish better relationship with customers with more customer insight.
Other jobs assigned by line manager.

To succeed you must hold:

Bachelor or above degrees in supply chain, logistics, international trade or equivalent.
At least 5 years' work experience in customer service, import/export or other supply chain functions.
At least 3 years’ experience as leader.
SAP experience is needed.
Fluent oral and written English.
Good communication and influence skills with internal and external stakeholders.
High sense of responsibility, accuracy and compliance.
Self-motivation and continuous improvement mindset under pressure.
