Partnering closely with a dedicated Reporting Specialist (Power BI/Tableau), this role will design, evolve, and embed reporting that underpins global pipeline reviews, quota (budget) performance, and win-rate analysis. This is a high-impact role that works across regions and senior leadership teams to ensure sales strategy is aligned to execution.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSales Reporting & ForecastingDesign, develop, and maintain standardised sales reporting and dashboards that support pipeline sufficiency, win-rate analysis, quota vs. performance tracking, and forecast modelling.Collaborate with Salesforce product manager and reporting specialists to operationalise reports using company standard data visualisation tools.Sales Insights & CadenceGenerate actionable insights from dashboards and models that inform commercial strategy and senior management decision-making.Support the Global Head of Sales Operations in running global and regional sales cadences, embedding rigour in forecasting and pipeline discussions.Continuously evolve insight delivery based on feedback, business priorities, and customer segment/channel nuances.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with sales leaders, regional teams, and reporting end-users to identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and improved self-service reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of Salesforce and standard reporting tools as the single source of truth.Process & EnablementDevelop SOPs, training materials, and guides to ensure consistent usage of reporting tools by senior management, sales managers, and front-line teams.Champion best practices in data quality, forecasting accuracy, and sales cadence discipline.KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURESAdoption and usage of standardised reporting in global/regional cadences.Improved forecast accuracy and sales performance transparency.Enhanced self-service capabilities and user experience for sales leaders and relevant end-usersContinuous improvements in pipeline and data quality metrics.Tangible contribution to sales performance and revenue growth.Previous Work Experience & QualificationsMinimum 7-10 years of experience in a sales planning, sales strategy, or sales operations, ideally in a global B2B environmentBachelor’s degree in IT, Analytics, Commercial, or a related fieldProven track record in running forecasting cycles, pipeline reviews and sales cadencesProven track record of enabling sales teams achieve success.Strong analytical skills and proven experience in generating actionable insights from large amount of data pointsExpertise with Salesforce, reporting tools and associated technologies (example: PowerBI and/or Tableau)Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
