With a strong workforce of 400 employees and business growth through our recent acquisition with nationwide presence, this will provide an exciting experience and journey with the opportunity that is unique yet challenging to gauge the integration and synergy processes that will change the entire competition landscape in Malaysia.As a Dissolved Acetylene Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the acetylene plant. This includes refilling cylinders, conducting pre-fill inspections, and maintaining daily operational records. You'll also perform maintenance and assist in achieving production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. Your work will directly support our commitment to providing reliable and high-quality products to our customers.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Perform safe and efficient refilling of dissolved acetylene cylinders, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.Conduct daily plant operations according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), including pre-filling checks and leak detection.Record and submit daily refilling reports to your supervisor.Inspect incoming cylinders to ensure they are fit for refilling before placing them on the rack.Assist in achieving daily production goals and maintaining ISO standards.Adhere to all local statutory and regulatory requirements as well as internal management and quality systems.Support maintenance activities during plant shutdowns.Perform maintenance on dissolved acetylene cylinders as needed.Promote a strong safety culture by actively participating in safety initiatives and reporting hazards.Maintain equipment reliability and uphold high housekeeping standards.Are you a MATCH?Minimum of SPM/SKM or a Diploma in any discipline.At least 1 year of hands-on experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Experience with gas cylinder handling or plant operations is a plus, but we will provide full training.Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.Strong attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to safety standards.A positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong safety-conscious mindset.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.About Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
