Our Business Space Division is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Data Architect to join our team and play a crucial role in our growth.The RoleJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Architect to join our team in Johor Bahru, working for a company with strong roots in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for modernizing our lead generation system by building and managing a structured prospect database. This role is essential for driving our sales and marketing efforts and contributing to our company's growth. The Data Architect will report to the Director of Sales.Key Responsibilities:● Scrape and curate data relevant to the commercial and industrial real estate market.● Build and maintain a structured, categorized master prospect database.● Assign exclusive cold-call lists to Marketing Coordinators.● Track and analyze call conversion rates using recorded calls.● Support the deployment of marketing campaigns across various digital channels.● Manage and enhance SLP's online presence and platforms.Ideal ProfileSkills and Qualifications:● Proficiency in Excel, Access, Python, C++, and HTML.● Familiarity with SEO, sales funnels, Zapier, and API integration.What We Offer:● A competitive salary of MYR 6,000 – 9,000 per month.● The opportunity to be a key player in a growing and dynamic company, extending the reach of a prominent Singaporean firm.● A collaborative and supportive work environment.What's on Offer?
