Account Executive (Junior)

• Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

• Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.

• Maintain and update accounting records and files, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents.
• Experienced in SQL Software in preferred
• Assist in performing full set accounting works
• Prepare daily bank reconciliation report
• Maintain proper record and organisation of filing system
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts and administration tasks
• Complete weekly bank recon from branches and issue reimbursements cheque
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any
• Handle any other ad hoc assignment
