Job Type: Full TimeJob Summary:A Sales Executive (Facilities Management) is responsible for selling facility management services to businesses, such as building maintenance, cleaning services, security, landscaping, and technical maintenance. The role focuses on generating new clients, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets..Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients such as offices, shopping malls, hospitals, factories, and residential buildings.
- Promote and present facilities management services including cleaning, maintenance, security, waste management, landscaping, and technical support to potential clients.
- Prepare and submit service proposals and quotations based on the client's facility requirements and operational needs.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and site visits to evaluate the condition of the facility and understand the scope of services required.
- Negotiate pricing, service scope, and contract terms with clients to successfully close sales agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage long-term service contracts.
- Achieve monthly or annual sales targets set by the company while contributing to overall business growth.
- Coordinate closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure that the agreed services are delivered according to the client's expectations and contract requirements.
