Basic Salary Range: $2,800 - $3,500 (Not included monthly commissions if KPIs achieved)Job Type: 1 year contract, after 1 year, will be convert to permanentWorking hours/days:Monday to Friday9.00 am - 6.00 pmKey Responsibilities:Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standardsConduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customersIdentify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sellConvert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activitiesEnsure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standardsUpdate customer information in the databaseNote: Relevant training will be providedRequirementsMinimum GCE 'O' level/Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia equivalentWilling to relocate to SingaporePrior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector preferredInsurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantageFluent in English.
