We are the world’s first palm oil company to have our net-zero GHG emissions reduction targets approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).Join us today, as we continue to Unlock Nature's Superpowers!Roles & Responsibilities· Programme coordinator and administer development programme for Upstream Malaysia· Coordinator and administrator for Leadership Development Programme for UMY executives and non-executives.· Coordinator for all types of in-house training programme for UMY.· Involve in module outline, development and finalization of modules for BEST curriculum review project, liasing with relevant departments and external training providers/freelancers to deliver selected modules for the students.· Review of bond agreement for Cadets and FOST trainees, liaison with Legal department.· Planning and implementation of training modules and curriculum development for UMY.· Constant liaison with department representative within UMY to provide relevant assistance and any supporting functional assistance to ensure effective communication and execution of learning and development initiatives.· Coordinates overall Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for UMY.Ideal Candidate
