- Engage prospect customers through phone, email, social media, and digital channels, converting conversations into quality meetings and sales opportunities.
- Identify customer segments, verticals, and needs early in discussions to route opportunities to the right Sales Team or Inside Sales Hub.
- Leverage best-in-class tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to prospect efficiently across all account segments.
- Build deep product expertise to articulate how Infobip's communication platform solves real business problems for customers across industries.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams to execute proven account-based sales strategies and campaign-driven pipeline generation.
- Deliver consistent results against weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets while maintaining accurate meeting forecasts in Salesforce.
- Tackle a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll pioneer outreach into new market segments and help shape how Infobip wins in your region.
- 1–2 years of solution sales experience
- Proven ability to penetrate target accounts and engage with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're a natural team player
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is required
- Professional working proficiency in Cantonese is a plus
