If you think this opportunity is right for you, we encourage you to apply!Job Description:· Facilitate and coordinate periodical visits and meetings to internal stakeholders within the region.· Administer relevant HR management and coordinate advise timely advise to HR Upstream and other stakeholders.· Manage and facilitate the consolidation of data and timeliness of report preparation and submission for PLC/ Local Recruitment Monthly Report - Submission to Analytics team; Departmental/UMC/HR Operations Monthly Report; Establishment listing and update for estate and mill; Ad hoc report as and when needed/required.· Manage and ensure execution and compliance and support of HR activities for the region timely and effectively inclusive if any statutory requirements etc.· Manage and facilitate relevant benefit administration for the region· Helpdesk / Provide daily assistance and advice for Employee and Support HR Upstream team.· Provide assistance and advisory services to all Upstream operating units on queries with regard to HR matters· Project administrator for relevant new/current ongoing initiatives created by the region.· Facilitate in handling employee’s and/or HR related issues and ensuring all the issues are resolved on time. Assist to ensure relevant HR Operation activities are monitored, updated and executed efficiently in achieving its deliverables· Assist in promoting value added HR service delivery to internal stakeholder and customersJob Requirement:· Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration/any relevant discipline with at least 2 years working experience in HR.Preferred with at least Certificate in Human Resources ManagementTo apply, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your interest for this role.
