Your Role in VT Markets As our Senior Global Payroll Specialist, you will report to the Compensation and Benefits Manager and be based in Kuala Lumpur, serving as the central hub for payroll management across our global footprint. You will work closely with regional HR teams, finance department, and consolidate payroll into a global payroll provider to ensure seamless payroll operations across all VT Markets entities. This role is critical in supporting our rapid growth globally, ensuring accurate and timely compensation delivery while maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Your Responsibilities Assist in posting job ads across multiple platforms and ensuring role descriptions are accurate and appealing. Screen and shortlist resumes to identify potential candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates. Support in sourcing talent through LinkedIn, JobStreet, and other channels. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Provide general administrative support to the TA team. What Makes You a Great Fit Job Experience & Education Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related fields. Good communication skills in English (additional language such as Mandarin is a plus!). Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and familiar with LinkedIn.
