- 3-5 years of relevant working experiences in both SEM and SEO roles, particularly in a fast-paced and multi-brand marketing environment
- Relevant and proven track records in agency work as a project team lead with focus in clients' engagement will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), and performance tracking platforms.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding campaign KPIs for both paid and organic channels.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console used for SEM optimization
- Experience with Wix, Shopify, or WordPress for SEO and landing page optimization.
- Experience in SEO-focused copywriting and content strategy.
- Plan, set up, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid management.
- Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and achievement of campaign KPIs.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests for ads, creatives, and landing pages to maximize performance.
- Manage and forecast campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective ad spend.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research for organic search and integrate findings into content and campaign strategies.
- Optimize website content, metadata, headings, images, and internal linking for SEO best practices.
- Set up, optimize, and maintain professional Google Business Profiles across different brands/clients to improve local SEO and brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze SEM and SEO performance using industry-standard tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns and improving underperforming ones.
- Work closely with creative, content, and web teams to ensure alignment between ad messaging, landing page optimization, and organic content strategy.
- Stay updated on SEM/SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
