We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Wellness Therapist to join our team at LifeCare Wellness. If you have a strong interest in health and wellness, this role offers the opportunity to work with innovative therapies such as External Counterpulsation Therapy (ECP) and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) . Responsibilities Conduct client registration and record health parameters (e.g., blood pressure). Administer ECP and HBOT therapies safely and effectively. Manage client appointments with proper scheduling and punctuality. Build and maintain strong rapport with clients, ensuring high satisfaction . Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of treatment rooms and centre facilities. Ensure proper care, upkeep, and documentation of equipment. Maintain accurate records of assessments and interventions. Provide dietary and nutritional consultation services (nutritionist background is an added advantage). Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management. Requirements Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field. Prior experience in healthcare or wellness industry is an advantage. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Computer literate. Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin to liaise with clients effectively.
