We are seeking experienced professionals with strong functional expertise in Oracle SCM modules to solve complex business challenges and optimise system capabilities.The Oracle SCM Consultant is a multi-skilled professional with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud administration and solution delivery. This role involves leading or supporting large, complex engagements, working closely with stakeholders, and providing advisory and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate is proactive, accountable, and continuously seeks to enhance service quality, agility, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designsLead business discussions, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshopsConfigure, test, and implement Oracle Fusion SCM solutions following Oracle methodologiesIdentify risks, propose solutions, and provide strategic recommendations to clientsSupport and guide project teams; provide leadership and mentoring where requiredManage end-to-end project phases including requirement gathering, CRP, UAT, and deploymentPrepare and maintain key project documentation (e.g., BRD, MD50, BR100, test cases)Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support business development activitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications8–12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM applicationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related fieldStrong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture with extensive Cloud SCM functional experienceProven experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementationsExpertise in at least two SCM modules, such as:InventoryProcurementOrder ManagementCost ManagementPricingStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience working in complex, integrated Oracle environmentsAbility to lead all project phases from initiation through deliveryNice to HaveFunctional knowledge of Financial modules (AP/AR)Oracle SCM certificationsAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
