- Accountability for the comprehensive day-to-day management, strategic direction, and financial health of assigned accounts.
- Lead and facilitate client meetings, status updates, and strategic presentations, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.
- Drive the planning, development, and flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand strategy.
- Proactively manage client and agency budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal agency departments, ensuring seamless communication, effective collaboration, and timely project delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Account Executives and other junior team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring project excellence.
- Identify opportunities for organic account growth within existing client relationships and present strategic recommendations.
- Any other reasonable duties, functions or responsibilities assigned to you from time to time.
- In-depth understanding of agency functions, processes, and a proven ability to apply this knowledge to client success.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Superior organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong sense of initiative, demonstrated leadership potential, and resilience to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment.
- Advanced understanding of general marketing principles, digital marketing, and industry best practices.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills) and familiarity with project management software.
