ID:JR96503 Lab SupervisorOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.We are looking for experienced and highly-qualified Lab Supervisor to oversee operational lab support of product manufacturing, NPI and customer request.Position Summary:Micron is seeking a highly-qualified Supervisor to take responsibility for the lab execution and supervise and manage lab operators to align daily work assignments. Further responsibilities includes the need to assess the progress of operation, review methods and practices used by the supervised staff and oversee tool maintenance and calibration activities on lab equipment.Role:
Lead a team of operator/technicians, implement and sustain GEL Labs supporting activities.
Manage GEL Equipment including Internal and External audits, ESD and Calibration, Safety and Chemical control, etc.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on space planning, facilitation, purchase and installation of capital equipment.
Manage inventory level of spares and co-ordinate internal/external vendors on repair, preventive maintenance of equipment.
Coordinate with vendors to provide relevant trainings on new equipment or tool-set; - Analyze and support internal customer requirements and expectations.
Focus on customer needs and provide timely solutions.
REQUIRED Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in semiconductor lab or relevant analytical lab.
Experience with Reliability, Test and FA tools/techniques:
