We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our Partnership Distribution team, supporting governance, quality assurance and risk oversight across our distribution channels. This role plays a critical part in ensuring sales practices, policy replacement management and regulatory requirements are adhered to across our bancassurance partnerships. What You'll Do Support governance oversight across partnership distribution channels Perform Quality Assurance (QA) reviews on sales practices, Welcome Calls and licensing matters Manage end-to-end Replacement of Policy (ROP) processes including detection, revocation and appeals Monitor risk & compliance matters and prepare relevant reporting Handle complaints, escalations and ensure closure within SLA timelines Work closely with sales teams and bank partners to reinforce governance standards Support regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry Strong knowledge of insurance products and sales practices Experience in governance, compliance, QA or risk review preferred Familiar with ROP processes and complaint handling Analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable managing assigned portfolio independently Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines PCE / CEILI certification is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointAssistant Manager, Partnership Distribution Governance Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
