- Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 year of related working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
- 5-day work, weekend and public holiday are required during peak order volume.
- Friendly, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy and ability to manage stress.
- Good with Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Good command of verbal and written English and Malay languages, ability to speak additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
- Able to work as a team.
- Open for Malaysian citizen only.
- Responsible for daily orders and fulfillment arrangement for various e-commerce platforms, i.e. Shopee, Lazada, Zalora and other sales channels.
- Checking and ensuring the stock allocated for customer order is accurate within the stipulated timeframe.
- Pick, pack and arrange delivery with 3PL.
- Co-ordinate with internal department or distribution centre to ensure successful execution of fulfillment for customer orders.
- Plan and coordinate monthly physical stock counts with the warehouse, verifying item accuracy.
- Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
- Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location including salvage stocks and returns
- Report damaged or missing inventory to Supervisors
- Respond to troubleshoot and resolve daily receiving, fulfillment and delivery issues.
- Support administrative work within the department.
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
